**WE ARE CONSIDERING APPLICANTS WHO RESIDE IN the Milwaukee/Southeast, WI & Southwest, FL areas as this is not a full remote position** We have 3 FL locations and 3 WI locations. Our new team member will have the opportunity to be stationed at any of these locations dependent on proximity of personal residence.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data
  • Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
  • Preparing reports for sales and other departments
  • Manufacturer Integrations and importing pricing data
  • Real Time Inventory Management
  • Office 360 Integration into Salesforce
  • Sales Management Dashboards
  • E-Signature capability
  • Phone Integration and management
  • Miscellaneous Sales Triggers
  • Efficient communication within and between departments
  • Customer data entry points (kiosks) to alleviate manual inputs
  • Automation of warranty registration and vehicle registration
  • Service Dashboard for real-time feedback
  • Mapping out the customer journey to develop drip campaigns and automated touch points
  • Return On Investment (ROI) mapping from initial contact through post sale
  • Marketing Dashboards for lead assessment, conversion rates and close rates
  • Automation of advertising based on time of year, inventory levels and corporate directives
  • Tableau Integration with Salesforce CRM
  • Financial Dashboards and real-time reporting of goals, inventory, and forecasting
  • Finance Dashboards with defined goals
  • Integration and incorporation of 3rd party tools similar to Vision Menu
  • Boat Club sign and sign out forms
  • Onboarding and Employee Engagement
  • CSI and NPS
  • Trigger based communication within internal departments and across departments

Qualifications, Abilities & Skills:

  • Certification as a Sales Force Administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with equivalent experience required
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment required
  • 2-3 years of experience using CRM including knowledge of Flows, Visual Force Pages, and 3rd party integrations required
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
  • Excellent Project Management Skills
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems, object-orientated programming, systems administration, databases management, and technology integrations

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
