We are seeking a Salesforce Trainer (Remote) to join our growing team!
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Position Summary

The role of a Salesforce Trainer is to understand and provide instruction on Nimble Association Management Software (AMS) platform. The trainer will engage in technical training for clients in both the implementation and post Go-Live phases of the product lifecycle which includes the Accounting, Reports and Dashboards, Administrator, Community Hub Administrator, Create training, etc. Trainer will also maintain all existing training materials, review, and update where appropriate.

A Day in the Life

  • Deliver technical training for clients and employees
  • Engage participants in Instructor Led Training virtually from a quiet home office up to 8 hours per day over multiple days per week via Zoom
  • Possible travel in the future to client sites
  • When needed discuss training content with client POC
  • Facilitate client -appropriate, clear, concise, thorough training with attention to delivering all course content
  • Monitor, evaluate, and take an accurate and adequate record of training activities and effectiveness
  • Plan, organize and develop training including the supporting materials such as extensive training manuals, Instructor notes, PowerPoints, quick reference guides, etc.
  • Update training materials with latest upgrade information and release notes
  • Work with Training Coordinator in arranging schedule and logistics for upcoming training
  • Update and adjust training technique as needed based on both client and manager feedback
  • Additional duties as assigned

We are looking for someone who brings

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is desirable
  • Commitment to acquiring Salesforce Administrator Certification within 90 days of employment if not already certified
  • Association experience helpful
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years training experience
  • Initiative to learn and stay current with Salesforce and Nimble releases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and presentation skills
  • Sound knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Ability to train around client time zones
  • Training experience on Enterprise software and generating documentation desired
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design and online courseware desirable
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to learn quicky and adapt in a fast-paced environment
