We are hiring entry level Blasters in Colchester!
What to know about this Blaster Role:
- Weekly pay
- Pay $18 p- $19 for 1st shift, 10% shift diff for 2nd shift.
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5 AM – 3:30PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM, 2:00 AM (most Fridays will leave at midnight)
- Lots of Overtime available!
- Advancement Opportunities.
Overview of the Sandblaster Role:
- Operation of both sandblasting cabinet & large blast booth equipment
- Daily duties include product handling, lifting, prepping/masking of product
- Must feel comfortable with operation of lifting devices (hoist) while handling larger
- Individual will also be responsible for performing Quality Control inspections on product
Who makes a Good Sandblaster?
- Ability to stand on feet for up to 10 hrs. daily
- Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced work environment
- May be required to work in other departments if needed
- Passing a PFT exam, if wearing supplied air system (large blast booth)
