Position: SAS Developer
Location: 100% remote
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate: $45/Hr on W2
Experience: 5-7 years
Primary Skills: SAS Reporting
Secondary Skills: SQL Knowledge, Informatica PowerCenter, Power BI
Rolls & Responsibilities
· Work with the business team to identify the right business problem, gather the requirements and data required to answer the same
· Undertake data collection preprocessing, analysis and Data exploration
· Build predictive models to address business problems
· Very good development knowledge on SAS
· Good knowledge on sql, fair knowledge on informatica PowerCenter
· Create Conceptual Models and articulate the same
· Perform Statistical Analysis and Predictive Modelling to predict future outcomes
· Perform Hypothesis testing- able to develop hypothesis and test them
· Visualize outcomes and articulate these
· Participate in design and development review
· Analyze data and generate insights that can be articulated to business stakeholders
· Design and build the environment/ new operating model by taking SAS applications to cloud-native architectures, and refactor SAS code to optimize performance on the new cloud platform.
· Execute large-scale SAS workload migration, validation, and optimization to enable rapid time to value.
· Modernization and migration of SAS into the cloud
· Create capabilities for continuous migration of SAS programs as per user requests
