Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Scale House Clerk to work with a great company in Snohomish County. This is a full-time, day shift administrative position that works in four different locations (Everett, Monroe, Gold Bar and Granite Falls) from week to week.

Starting pay is $20 per hour and the shift is working Monday – Friday. The primary function of this role is to perform light data entry while weighing trucks that come and go with a logistics company.

The Scale House Floater will:

• Provide a positive, customer-forward experience in person, on the phone, and electronically
• Interpret and record incoming and outgoing weights of materials
• Record transactions and input data into the computer system
• Operate a cash register or credit card machine to collect payments and prepare daily deposit
• Perform daily reporting using Excel and other report-creating software
• Maintain a neat and orderly work environment
• Perform regular data-entry
• Interact with customers and direct to appropriate areas and/or personnel
• Provide site-specific training and notifies machine operators and laborers when a visitor arrives
