Scheduler/ Receptionist Full Time Job at NATIONAL HEALTH CARE ASSOCIATES
Eastside Center for Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a Fulltime Scheduler/Receptionist to join our team!
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
- Appropriately schedule all RN's/LPN's and CNA's to budgeted staffing levels to cover shifts 24 hours per day- 7 days per week.
- Monitor schedules to ensure overtime is not incurred unless previously authorized
- Replace any call outs as soon as possible
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Must possess patience and the ability to relate tactfully and professionally with all staff members
- Previous Scheduling Experience preferred
