Our Position:
We are currently seeking a
School Clinical Administrative Assistant to perform a wide variety of support activities designed to facilitate and maintain the smooth and efficient flow of operations within our Clinical and Educational program. This position also involves:
- Setting up new files for patients/students
- Verifying and understanding the validity of Medicaid through the use of ePACES, & SSHSP
- Acting as a liaison between medical providers, billing agents, school districts, therapists, families/guardians, IRAs, and any other clinical and educations staff members.
Our Requirements:
- High School or equivalent diploma PLUS (2) years medical office or related experience & knowledge of business/accounting principles and/or special education services preferred.
- Associates degree in related field can be substituted for experience.
