Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is looking to add a Seasonal Front Office Specialist to our growing team. This temporary position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoys working with kids. Our front office job positions allow for flexible schedules as well as education and training opportunities.

What You Need (Qualifications):

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass criminal background check
• Enjoys working with children!
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role.

• Salary: $14.50-$17 depending on experience
• Time and a half pay on holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas); shorter holiday hours

The Nitty Gritty (Day To Day):

• Work with your team members to provide excellent healthcare to our patients!
• Provide excellent customer service to sick children and their nervous parents
• Greet patients/customers
• Verifiy insurance benefits
• Input data into EMR
• Collect co-payments/deductibles/balances
• Answer and manage phones
• Conduct end of day balancing

When We Operate (Schedule):

• Weekdays: 12 hours shifts
• Rotating Weekends: 8 hour shifts
• Clinic Hours are as follows:
• Mon – Fri: 9:00 am – 8:30 pm
• Sat-Sun: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Travel to other clinics as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
