SEASONAL HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR JOB DUTIES:

• Conducts safety inspection at the beginning of the shift.
• On checklist record meter reading at beginning of a shift, mechanical condition, noting any physical or mechanical problems, date and time of operator use.
• Maintain paperwork on the amount of tonnage hauled each day.
• Notify Mobile maintenance of any physical or mechanical problems
• At the end of the shift, record the ending meter reading, sign the checklist, and turn it in to the shift supervisor.
• Visually look on all sides of the equipment to verify clearance from obstacles or other vehicles prior to moving any equipment.
• Individuals will be reassigned to a pond crew during harvest shutdowns. Assignments and accountability will be under the direction of the pond supervisor.
• Must be willing to perform other duties outside of driving such as; shoveling, checking grade, and occasionally running other equipment such as a Cat 980, Pan Scraper, Loader, Dozer, Blade, etc.

May also be asked to help:

• Use an Articulated Haul Truck, haul raw materials such as Sulfate of Potash and Salt to stockpiles for processing.
• Complete a daily load sheet by writing down how much each load was to deliver to the stockpiles and at what times. This load sheet will be turned in to the supervisor at the end of each shift.

SEASONAL HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Steel Toed Boots
• High School Diploma
• Be able to lift 50 lbs consistently

• $25.00/hr | Paid Weekly

SEASONAL HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR SHIFTS:

• Rotating 7am – 7pm schedule | 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on
