We are seeking a secretary to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions helping to serve those in our church family and community.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Schedule appointments and events
- Weekly bulletins, and monthly newsletters, schedule volunteers, update the website, and email weekly reminders
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Check emails daily and respond as needed
- Update the digital outdoor sign (monthly)
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous church secretarial experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
