This position will:
- Must have excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Registers, check-in and schedules patients in via phone or in person
- Answers phone calls and greets visitors
- Filing, copying and letter writing
Required:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of Clerical Assessment Test, including typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of customer service or business office experience
- Medical terminology experience
- Registration experience
- Experience with EMR, Microsoft office a plus.
- Specialized training in a secretarial-related field
