Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is Now Hiring Security team members for our Security Department!
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a flexible schedule: Days, Nights, Weekends & Holidays
- Strong Guest Service Skills
- We are looking for positive, enthusiastic, smiling faces to greet our guests in our beautiful Resorts!
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to stand and/or sit for an 8 hour period
Job Specific
o Responsible for hotel facility entrances to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees and the protection of hotel property and assets
o Performs Security Office, Employee Entrance and Patrol operations as outlined in the Standards of Performance Manual for Security Officers
o Monitors/controls access to all facility employee entrances, ensures that only authorized individuals enter
o Maintains a guest screening log to track numbers of individuals coming through the checkpoint
o Enforces hotel rules/regulations in accordance with Employee Manual and hotel policy
o Monitors and ensures compliance to hotel key control policies by all employees
o Interacts with guests in a courteous and professional manner
o Reports suspicious / unsafe activities or conditions to Security management to obtain direction and assistance
