WHO WE ARE: VSA is a nationwide security firm managed and staffed by veterans for veterans with the purpose of providing former military and law enforcement officers a stable and rewarding means of employment for transitioning into the private sector.

This post is PART TIME 24hrs /Week

Responsibilities

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; access points; and permitting entry.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
• Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Communication with client on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Must have Valid Guard Card
• Must have 2-years experience
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Clean and sharp self presented!
• Integrity and professionalism

Other

• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must be able to pass drug check
