Security Traveling Regional Manager must have or able to obtain a Security license and be familiar with Management, Operations, Scheduling, client relations. Fast paced environment and must be able to quickly adapt to day-to-day duties and providing multiple support roles to a management team. Will be responsible for oversight, coordination, and operational control of the uniformed security guards and in multiple regions of operations. Will also be responsible for the continuous creation and implementation of processes to ensure that the highest caliber of services is provided to each valued client. Must be able to work a flex schedule and be willing to provide a support system to the security guards.

You must be available to travel domestically (85%) at a moment’s notice sometime for an extended amount of time.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage provided services through subordinate supervisors and fill in for them in their absence but also work independently and self-manage
• Coordinate continuous training of assigned personnel to ensure productivity of staff
• Work with all personnel in the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create solutions for continuous improvement
• Act as liaison between company ownership and the client to foster customer intimacy and total satisfaction
• Keep records and prepare accurate and timely reports to demonstrate productivity
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure minimal disruption of the company’s operations
• Ensure company policies and requirements are consistently applied and enforced
• Create, update, and provide detailed and comprehensive written security procedures (post orders) for all service locations
• Review procedures to ensure the efficient scheduling of employee duty schedules to meet Customer, contract, and business requirements
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
• This position shall have on-call responsibilities and may require post duties if needed as needed.

EDUCATION/ REQUIREMENTS:
Proven Experience in the security industry (REQUIRED). Prior military or law enforcement experience is preferred.

• Must have 4+ years of management experience with a combination of security, law enforcement and military background
• Must have valid DL, clean driving record-company vehicle
• Must be able to travel up to 85% on a moment’s notice (traveling expenses will be paid)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and to work evenings, weekends and holidays as requested or required
• Excellent leadership, supervisory, management, and customer service skills
• Must have exceptional motivational skills to promote the productivity and training of subordinate staff
• Ability to think and act independently, possess strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, and make sound and timely management decisions
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, extensive management background, proven client interfacing experience, and advanced computer skill set
• Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment and to help identify and solve problems
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely, courteous and professional manner
• Exceptional presentation and training skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences including management, clients, and employees
