Ncite Partners is currently partnering with a quickly growing company in Oklahoma City that is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Customer Specialist to join their team. This role will be focused on managing accounts receivables and providing administrative support to the sales team. This company provides a great work environment with lots of room for growth. The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Manage accounts receivables for the organization including sending invoices, applying payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding AR balances and make efforts to reduce the overall outstanding AR balance for the company.
- Provide administrative support for the sales team including inputting sales orders, following up with customers, assisting with processing expenses, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Assist with organizing and managing special events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of accounts receivable, collections, or other applicable experience is required
- Strong customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
