The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Publishing the business scorecard and management reporting package; provide high-level variance analysis for review.
- Analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators.
- Consolidating global P&L forecast by working with business partners and other members of the finance team.
- Assisting with annual operating plan and strategic planning processes.
- Acting as a business partner to department leaders to help them understand and manage expenses, create a forecast, and communicate the drivers of variances to the broader organization
- Providing commentary of business trends and results for quarterly and annual reports and management meetings.
- Providing periodic and ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting in support of executive management.
- Forecasting and analyze the global balance sheet and working capital metrics
- Supporting the long-term strategic plan by working with business partners and preparing detailed models.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7-10 years relevant experience.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at a time.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced system skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Self-motivated, independent worker.
- Experience in a multi-currency, international business.
Travel: May include up to 10% [domestic/international]
