Amplify is looking for a hard-working individual to join our organization as an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst. You need a fine eye for detail, experience as a support analyst, and a deep understanding of internal support processes and procedures with industry-standard applications and tools to do well in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data to support a growing organization.
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Translate business needs into data requirements, identifying gaps and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Track and communicate project status, issues, risks, and decisions to management in an Agile, change-laden environment
  • Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods
  • Leads and improves existing reporting systems.
  • Performs complex analysis.
  • Analyzes third-party applications with relationships to problems and resolves root causes.
  • Gather and produce documentation and train a support team to support the business.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems, or related field or equivalent related experience
  • 5 years of experience as a Support Analyst or related experience
  • 2 years of formal or informal leadership experience
  • Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Deep expertise with technologies and tools such as:
  • Google Sheets (auto-populate dynamically from multiple data sources, develop advanced formulates, Google App Scripts for spreadsheet automation)
  • Google Workspace
  • Excel
  • Process-oriented with great documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP systems (Preferably Netsuite)
  • Experience with one or more of the following SaaS platforms: Salesforce, Netsuite, or Workday
  • Proficient in building reports and dashboards using Tableau and/or Looker
  • Experience working with Agile Methodologies
  • Experience working in the education technology field
  • Familiarity with data structures and reporting: Salesforce and/or NetSuite
  • Certification in a related process (PMP, Lean Sigma Six, Agile Scrum-master) a plus
What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $100,000 - $105,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
