In this role, you will:
- Act as division Point of Contact (POC) for Business Program Risk which includes Regulatory Program Management, Procedure Documentation, Policy Program Management and Control Assessment
- Act as division POC for Horizontal Audit and IT&V coordination/status updates
- Coordination and oversight responsibilities for Policy Implementation
- Division delegate for Quality Control and Quality Assurance and Self Assurance reporting
- Division delegate for Business Process Management/Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
- Act as Division Records Management Coordinator and provide oversight for compliance with Records Management Policy and division oversight tasks
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with Policy change and implementation
- Knowledge and understanding of Audit & Independent Testing and Validation (IT&V) routines
- Experience working in Regulatory and Control environments
- Familiarity with RCSA fundamentals
- Ability to identify risk exposure and propose solutions
- Experience with Records Management Policy
- Experience with development of Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy to create, track and monitor information and required documentation to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executive level leaders and risk partners
- Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment
- Ability to work with multiple levels of business leaders and employees across the organization to effectively implement change
- Ability to present complex concepts to multiple stakeholders as simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner
- Ability to take ownership, responsibility, and accountability for assigned initiatives
- Ability to learn processes/procedures through operations and ask the right questions to navigate upstream and downs impacts
- Ability to drive successful execution of business imperatives; ability to plan, prioritize and deliver results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
