Senior Client Director
Tata Technologies is looking for a seasoned client partner / sales leader with demonstrated record of growing customer accounts exponentially. This specific role is for one of the most exciting and high-profile auto OEMs in NA, driving the EV revolution with recently launched and very well accepted EVs
- Candidate will have significant learning opportunities in digital and engineering domain working for a customer doing some boundary-breaking work in vehicle engineering and software development
- Client Partner is expected to enhance Tata Technologies' already established footprint in the account, by understanding business problems, network with key stakeholders, enable technical team to understand business problem so that relevant value propositions can be taken to the customer
- Experience in selling digital and / or engineering services
- Candidate would be required to travel regularly between West Coast and East Coast as per scheduled customer meetings
- Emphasis on proactive cross-sell to get into newer lines of services
- Continue to aggressively enhance typical metrics: Revenues, Qualified Pipeline, Wallet Share, Margins, Net Promoter Score, Customer Satisfaction, Revenue forecasting accuracy, DSO (Collections)
- Ability to identify external alliances, partnerships to secure evolving skills relevant to the customer requirements
- Work closely with delivery, practice and marketing teams to develop, deploy and evolve account strategy in line with customer spend, vision, priorities and technology roadmap
