Job Description


At Publicis Sapient we are seeking highly seasoned Client Partner to join our elite team focused on building and stewarding trusted advisor-level relationships with our Clients; identifying new opportunities, new buying centers, and new ways of working with our Clients, and providing thought leadership and innovation in relentless pursuit of helping our clients achieve their goals. You are the key owner of the client engagement and account and are responsible for measured sales growth and delivery of existing and new delivery projects and profitability. You will bring the full capabilities of Publicis Sapient to your client(s) to expand and grow the business. Your individual results roll-up to the results of our company growth, and in this role, you will harness the depth and breadth of Publicis Sapient’s portfolio and rich assets along with the unique capabilities we bring to bear through the Power of One with Publicis Groupe.

This role is aligned to our Travel & Hospitality vertical.

Your Impact

  • Drives and leads stewardship in 1-3 Accounts, acts as the “One PS” leader to Client, and ensures profitable YoY Growth
  • Owns the PS Account Plan for the Client with a strong Relationship Map, 3–5-year vision and strategy, tactical plan executed and driven through pipeline management to sell full PS portfolio and 360 deg. Relationship
  • Fully owns the Client’s representation in our CRM, ensuring all Opportunities are accurately reflected and forecasted; allowing Pursuit leaders to have opportunities in the account.
  • Manages PS Internal as an “Account” and builds dedicated and virtual team of experts to match our offerings to Client priorities
  • Achieves relevance and creates an innovation agenda individually and as a team to differentiate PS
  • Manages and ensures delivery expectations and satisfaction by orchestrating relevant Delivery stakeholders
  • Builds and grows strategic partnerships and expands perception of PS within the account through marketing campaigns, thought leadership activities and account references
  • Brings thought leadership in services and solutions offerings by working closely with customer CXOs (beyond the CIO)
  • Participates/contributes to Education and Community as a Client Partner – achieves high level of skills, proficiency and results in business performance and goal achievement, account management, people and diversity development, business / financial / technical specialization, innovations and contributions to the PS Growth Force Community
  • Introduce and represent the full extent of PS to the Client, positioning the company and identifying opportunities to grow the relationship and the account
  • Craft and negotiate agreements focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for Publicis Sapient and its clients
  • Take ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual bookings targets and ensure contractual arrangements meet defined commercials goals


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10-15 years in industry and professional services with demonstrated success and growth (including 3-5 years as an account manager or client partner)
  • Experience managing large accounts of $10M-15M
  • Business: Maintain a thorough understanding of PS’ GTM offerings and solutions, brand and network building, cross client line of business understanding, and industry trends
  • Partnership: Ability to develop and nurture Trusted Partner-level relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders via a strong Industry POV, understanding of the client’s needs and partner for value, and acting strategically
  • Leadership: Leverage strong leadership capability to manage complexity, lead change and inspire/develop others, and management of global business
  • Self: Strong learning mindset and drive for continuous evolution and self-improvement, including cultivating learning agility, development of personal adaptability, and pursuit of excellence
  • An experienced account professional with demonstrated ability to be Publicis Sapient’s chief leader and steward at the client over the long term.
  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum with advanced degrees preferred
  • Flexible and mobile, able to work in a hybrid WFH and office and travel as the role necessitates

Additional Information


Pay Range: $200,000 - $300,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
