THE OPPORTUNITY


What you’ll be working on

Our client has developed a customer portal and internal sales management system to handle orders and invoicing for their Heartland Petrochemicals line of business using Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Customer Service). They are looking to find a senior Dynamics 365 technical consultant to further enhance the existing solution to support additional features and functionality.


Job Description

  • Design and develop the customer portal and sales representative systems to support both business and technical integration needs.
  • Effectively demonstrate the capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service).
  • Participate and lead client workshops uncovering requirements to efficiently implement Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service).
  • Create design documentation
  • Responsible for development efforts for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections and integration of features in Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service).
  • Responsible for deployment of the solution across the dev, test and production environments.

Qualifications

  • Strong CRM industry and product knowledge.
  • Experience designing and implementing systems that integrate with .NET application's API.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
