The Role*

Circulo is seeking an experienced software engineer to work on our Health Care applications. You will share our passion and great pride in elegant solutions and will lead software engineering projects. You will work with an engineering team that strongly believes in designing for scale, rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and an iterative process to build high-quality next generation enterprise software in a fast paced environment. You will get an opportunity to work with our talented engineers to solve the most challenging problems of the healthcare industry, with high performance, reliability, and scalability requirements. This role will report to the engineering leader.
Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience as a full stack web engineer, delivering on time, at quality
• Be a self-starter; continually seek opportunities to improve yourself, your team, and its products
• Passion to build internal solutions and own development of enterprise level applications
• Experience with Typescript, CSS, HTML, React, Node.JS or other Javascript frameworks
• Experience with Golang, Java, Python or another general purpose programming language
• Experience integrating internal and third-party services into your solutions
• Strong knowledge of building quality RESTful APIs for internal and external products
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and modern design patterns
• Some knowledge of cloud computing platforms like Amazon Web Services and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
• Demonstrable ability to work across multiple teams to deliver an end product

What you will do

• Create simple and intuitive full stack web applications
• Design, develop and deploy fully integrated solutions
• Own front-end and back-end development of applications
• Own and manage all phases of the software development lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, deployment and support)
• Design, build and maintain API infrastructure that allows for modern integration methods between applications and third-party/Circulo services
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, engineers, stakeholders, and vendors on projects
• Communicate technical ideas and set direction on projects with a focus on solving business challenges
• Enhance products and applications by identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions where relevant
