Reporting into the VP, HR, the HR Business Partner is a motivational leader and key member of the corporate HRBP team. You will provide strategic HR leadership for the Chief Technology Officer and global IT teams as well as the Global Head of Development Management (Construction) and associated global teams. You will use business knowledge, data, and relationship building, to provide strategic insight, feedback and process improvements. This role will also be heavily involved in creating and leading important HR projects and initiatives with enterprise-wide impact. As a true partner to the business, you will be covering a broad range of HR areas of expertise including DEIB, leadership coaching, employee development, organization and talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and leveraging HR analytics to drive business decisions.
What’s needed in order to do that:
  • Develop short- and long-term HR strategies for business units in collaboration with senior-level leaders.
  • Act as a creative and inspiring HR leader at Prologis with an ability to motivate leaders to effect meaningful cultural change.
  • Understand concepts related to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB); advocate for DEIB in all practices and process at Prologis.
  • Design and support organizational structures that are focused on the implementation of business strategies. Serve as a champion and leader of change at all levels of the organization.
  • Assess the talent needs within the organization and develop plans to identify, acquire and develop the next generation of leaders.
  • Experience in multiple HR disciplines (Talent Management, Total Rewards, TA, Employee Relations, Compensation, etc..).
  • Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with Centers of Excellence peer groups.
  • Be responsible for the execution of cyclical HR processes (employee relations, performance reviews, compensation reviews, talent reviews) and provide appropriate consultation to leaders.
  • Own and execute enterprise-level projects when assigned.

  • 5-8 years as an HR Business Partner. Advanced certification or education a plus.
  • Experience and/or demonstrated ability to coach and develop both entry-level talent and senior leaders.
  • A proven eye for business and broad HR experience as a partner and influencer.
  • Must be a thoughtful, proactive decision-maker and be able to lead with curiosity, candor, and care.
  • Demonstrable track record of consulting with senior leadership within an organization to build long-range HR strategies.
  • Must be proficient in local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven cultural change agent, with ability to challenge the status quo and develop creative solutions to global business challenges.
  • Track record of high integrity and credibility.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid onsite/virtual role with the expectation that you are in the office a minimum of 2x per week.
Hiring Salary Range of: $140,000 - $175,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
