BBC is looking for a man of God that meets the qualifications in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, is a Bible College graduate, has a history of faithful ministry experience, and is a strong expository preacher. The man we are looking for has a passion to study and teach the Word of God, a love for God’s people, and a desire to help our congregation grow both spiritually and through community outreach and evangelism. We desire a pastor who holds the same convictions to what we believe the Bible teaches and that he is committed to the mission of BBC.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

4 year Pastoral Bible College Degree
3 or more years of Pastoral ministry experience
2 or more years of church budgetary experience
Even better if you have:
Advanced education and/or a seminary degree
Senior Pastoral experience
Biblical counseling experience
Church administration experience
