Senior Manager, Service Delivery (Account Management) (remote) Job at Cognizant

This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States.

The Service Delivery manager (SDM) is the single point of owner to the client for delivery of all services under the BPaaS contract delivered by cross-functional teams including Digital Operations, IT, Compliance, Security etc.

This role is responsible for oversight of end to end outcomes, commitments and services delivery to client as per the contractual obligations and knowledge that encompasses all aspects of CTS HC BPaaS program

Responsible for governance of functions like demand intake and fulfillment of work via change requests or projects and contract change management.

This position enables steps, initiatives and interventions needed to drive customer satisfaction, meeting SLAs, outcomes and facilitating new ideas and opportunities for value add, innovation and growth

Represents the CTS and client's interests and facilitates any issues risks/issues/road blocks affecting service delivery, customer satisfaction with internal and client stakeholders

Drives continuous improvements to the services utilizing internal CTS capabilities, COEs and / or with joint working planning with client.
Develops relationship with client stakeholders in the corresponding functions and ensures a high level of communication, engagement.

Responsible to lead, guide and provide oversight to a team of service delivery leads covering functional areas or specific client LOBs

Duties include proactive assessment, planning of initiatives/opportunities, monthly performance reporting, tracking and reporting on the status of outstanding issues, initiatives, opportunities, goals and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.

Travel a few times per year to visit clients
