Are you a Metallurgist with aluminum experience looking to progress your career towards Directorship status within an ever-growing, market-leading organization?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting business leading the way in metal manufacturing. This role enables you to be recognized as a master of your craft whilst leading a small team from the front.

In this role you will be working alongside the continuous improvement manager, ensuring the metal quality is up to the company's high standards. You will work in both a factory and office setting to support daily mill operations, providing metallurgical expertise to customers.

This role would ideally suit a skilled Metallurgist with metal knowledge looking to receive first-class managerial training to progress their career towards Directorship status.

The Role:

• Test metal in laboratory to ensure quality
• Assist in continuous improvement activities alongside continuous improvement manager
• Assist in start up of new extrusion facility, establishing metallurgical practices

The Person:

• Metal casting and extrusion experience
• Some managerial experience
• BS Degree in Material Science or Metallurgy (preferred)
