WHAT WE DO
We are a full-service accounting firm offering services including, business licensing, monthly bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and advisory. We are involved with the Enumclaw community and service many of the local small business owners. We strive for accuracy and timeliness of our work, and excellent customer service. We currently service 100 monthly clients and are looking to add to our team so we can continue to grow and make a bigger impact in our community by supporting more business owners.

SENIOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST
This person needs to be task-oriented, a strategic thinker, and most importantly a team player! We're looking for someone with mulit-client payroll experience and the ability to complete payroll set ups, audits, and tax filings. This person will process payroll for 60+ payroll clients including all federal and state tax filings, collaborate with our operations to document SOPs, and assist management with implementing new processes and software. Knowledge and experience with Washington State payroll, certified payroll and union not required but HIGHLY preferred.

This position can move to FT in the future as we onboard more clients.

This position is open to both remote employees, or in office (Enumclaw WA).

Must be familiar with Google Workspace, Gusto, Quickbooks Desktop, and Quickbooks Online. We also use Tax Dome for our task management, communication with clients, and file storage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
