Senior Project Manager Professional Engineer – Public Works / Water & Wastewater Utilities – San Antonio, TX
Halff has a position open for a Water and Wastewater Utilities Senior Project Manager in our San Antonio, TX location. This position requires strong design experience and technical background working with local public utility entities. This position offers an excellent career development opportunity for someone looking to grow with Halff, with potential for not only business and personal growth while developing a Water/Wastewater team, but ownership in the firm. The successful candidate should have experience managing multiple multi-discipline project development teams, coordinating with clients and leading delivery of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure projects. In addition to project delivery responsibilities, candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage personnel, budgets, schedules, sub consultants and client interaction. The candidate will also assist the region’s business development activities.
Senior Project Manager Professional Engineer – Public Works / Water & Wastewater Utilities – San Antonio, TX
Requirements:
- PE license in Texas
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of experience to support Water/Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, design, planning, and construction
- Water/Wastewater treatment experience, is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing design and plan production
- Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and lead technical support staff
- Desired experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD and MicroStation.
- A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success
