Position Summary:

The Senior Recruiter will deliver full life-cycle recruiting services, using a variety of sourcing avenues such as job boards, social media and other non-traditional means, and effectively attracting and acquiring top talent for HealthPoint. Responsible for planning and implementing recruiting strategies for clinical and non-clinical positions. The Senior Recruiter will ensure that HealthPoint is represented at both industry and community events as an Employer of Choice. This position requires a combination of work done remotely from home, and onsite in our Administration office. Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.

Your contribution to the team includes:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and lead the talent acquisition strategy for assigned groups to build HealthPoint’s talent pipeline.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process from need identification through offer acceptance.
  • Explore and develop sourcing strategies with both online and other tangible sourcing and recruiting tools; optimize use of job boards and social media platforms, applicant tracking system, and HealthPoint’s website.
  • Plan and implement talent interviewing and selection best practices.
  • Analyze talent acquisition data for trends and opportunities to improve time to fill, candidate yield and cost per hire.
  • Partner with Talent Management Business Partners on development of targeted workforce plans and deployment of sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet hiring targets.
  • Build and maintain a talent community of respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current and future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Communication and Engagement to drive social media presence that conveys HealthPoint branding.
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
  • Represent HealthPoint at industry and community events, attend job fairs and alumni events.
  • Travel on occasion; this may include day travel and/or overnight travel.

Must have’s you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from four-year College/University or a combination of relevant education, experience and knowledge of recruiting. Proven success with full cycle, high volume recruitment. Ability to engage in prospecting passive candidates. Expert in performing searches using various recruitment sources to create a talent pipeline. Applicant Tracking System experience required. (ADP Workforce Now, preferred) Preferred healthcare industry experience.
  • Demonstrated operating knowledge of computers. Intermediate to advanced level ability with Word, Excel, Outlook, applicant tracking systems and other required software programs.

If you know about the following, it’s a plus:

  • AIRS certified preferred. FASPR certified preferred. Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) - Preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Preferred. Valid Washington State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record determined by HealthPoint’s insurance carrier.

Proof of immunizations and/or immunity to: COVID-19, MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella), Varicella, Annual Influenza, and TB are required for all employees. Additionally, if you work in a HealthPoint clinic, Tdap (within last 10 years) is required. Hepatitis B. is required for clinical employees with potential exposure to blood/blood products. All immunizations are a condition of employment. Upon hire, employees must provide proof of their immunizations and/or immunity prior to starting or no later than their fifth (5) business day of employment.
