What is the opportunity?

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Fountain’s SalesforceCRM, Marketing Cloud, and various Sales, scheduling and reporting tools. You will work closely with our Call Center & Inside Sales manager, Analysts and clinicians such as nurses, doctors etc and Health Insurance leaders to support the end users and configure applications to meet their business needs.

What will you do?

Responsibilities:

1. Hands on configuration of all new and existing Salesforce features including user management, security, custom objects/fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.

2. Hands on data management - including exporting/importing data as appropriate, managing duplicate records; identify, debug, and develop improved data interfaces and integrations with other systems

3. Partner with our internal project teams to intake, size, prioritize, and solution business requests

4. Design, test, and maintain solutions that meet or exceed business needs

5. Support the technical administration and integration of Salesforce CRM with Sales Enablement and Marketing Tools

6. Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

7. Providing training & support for Salesforceworkflows/use cases.

8. Preparing reports & dashboard for sales & other departments.

5. Excellent listening skills

6. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management

7. Domestic travel of 5-10% will be expected

What do you need to succeed?

Education

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred.

2. Salesforce certifications including SalesforceAdmin, Advanced Admin, and Platform App Builder is preferred.

Experience

1. 5+ years of experience in administering SalesforceCRM

2. Certified as a Salesforce Admin (active certification)

3. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud

4. Familiarization with Marketing Automation Tools (Marketing Cloud / Pardot) and integration with Salesforce CRM

5. Familiarization with Sales Enablement Tools and Salesforce CRM integrations

6. Familiarization with Salesforce Support Processes and Tools including Elements.Cloud

7. Expertise with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

8. Expertise with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Methodologies

9. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, FSC, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud – preferred

10. Insurance Brokerage Industry Experience – preferred

11. Active involvement in the Salesforce Trailblazer Community – preferred

12. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

1. Highly effective collaborator, willing to flush through ideas and align with our internal Business Analyst to share knowledge and solution for stakeholders

2. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with camera enabled

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Willingness to learn new Salesforce related functionalities and dig in when needed
