Purpose
People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking qualified instructors to conduct Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) training on location at Fairchild AFB, WA.
*****THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARDING OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT*****
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Instruct students on Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE) tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Evaluate student performance and certify their competence in the skills IAW all applicable documents, including government regulations and policies
- Ensure each student with high risk of capture gains the ability to effectively employ the SERE TTPs necessary to survive and return with honor, regardless of the circumstances of separation, isolation or capture
