Mission Statement:* To work with each resident to create a unique retirement lifestyle that enables them to live happier, healthier, longer lives on their own terms.

Requirement To Apply:* Must have a willingness to work as part of a team, flexible and can prioritize tasks. Able to make responsible choices and decision's, and act in resident's best interest. Ability to read, write and speak English.
Requirement before Hiring: Obtain a Food Handlers Permit, pass a DSHS Background Check and complete all necessary pre-employment requirements.

Schedule:* Hours vary between 7am-6:30pm, 30-35 hours per week.

Compensation: *Starting at $15/hr Depending on Experience
*
Hiring Bonus: *$600 Full Time ($300 paid at 90 and 180 days)
Hiring Bonus: $300 Part Time ($150 paid at 90 and 180 days)
