Server/Bartender (FT) Job at Pressed Cafe Chelmsford
Pressed Café Chelmsford is quick service café, opening this coming January. We are looking for a full-time or part-time bartender who values teamwork and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job title: Bartender
Results to be achieved by this Bartender position:
- Accurately ring in orders and take payments for guests
- Ability to keep the bar area/surrounding stations clean and sanitized
- Exhibit friendly and high-quality service to customers
- Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room
- Be able to answer all frequently asked questions
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Work closely with other team members to achieve Good Food, Good Coffee and Good Service!
Qualifications necessary for the Bartender position:
- Cashier experience in a quick-service restaurant is preferable
- Proven management skills with exemplary organizational, time management, communication and customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility with weekend availability
- Bartending experience necessary
Hours available for the Bartender position:
- Bar hours: 11 am-10 pm Monday-Friday
- Bar hours: 10 am-10 pm Saturday and Sunday

- Hourly pay of $14.50 plus tips!
