Morehead City Country Club is booming with the opening of a STUNNING brand new clubhouse opening in May! 1025 family memberships. Are you tired of late nights at the restaurant or bar? Tired of getting customers who don't tip well (or at all)? MCCC does things differently. Servers, Cocktail Servers , and Bar get paid an hourly base higher than the local average plus an automatic 20% service charge to EVERY check.

As a Country Club Server/ Bartender you will be:

• Greeting Members and guests, offering an impeccable level of service
• Knowing the menus inside and out, offering recommendations and pairings
• Serving with a smile, carefully handling food and beverages
• Possessing a people-person attitude by Smiling and Saying Yes
• Solving Problems, providing solutions, and Inspiring Happiness
• Completing side duties, as assigned, such as prep work and closing duties
• Maintaining a clean work environment

The preferred candidate would have previous food and beverage experience but experience is not required - we'll train you!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.50 - $15.00 per hour
