Purpose of a Service Advisor:

To ensure a positive experience for each customer, each time. To ensure that we hit our gross sales goals by driving work into the shop with phone calls and selling work found on inspections. To control the workflow through the shop. To handle the billing in an ethical manner while ensuring profitability for the shop.

Product of a Service Advisor:

A shop that is consistently busy, with technicians that are able to reach their maximum efficiency. Customers that are extremely satisfied with their experience and feel taken care of even when they are not in the shop. A shop that is profitable and able to grow.

EXPECTATIONS:

✓ Set sales goals above and beyond what Break-even is each week and then determine how to reach those goals.

✓ Keep track of our progress toward the weekly goal throughout the week make any adjustments necessary throughout the week to hit those goals.

✓ Drive work into the shop by calling customers.

✓ Dispatch work fairly, according to the techs’ abilities and when the customer needs the vehicle back, ensuring that all techs have the chance to bill out at least 8 hours a day.

✓ Step in for the Parts Advisor when they need help or are unavailable.

✓ Be organized and efficient and give input on how to make the office and shop more organized and efficient.

Gregory was tired of the way dealerships took advantage of customers and overcharged for poor service, and he knew he could do better with his own shop. Today, the truck repair and fleet maintenance services offered by the Sardinha family (two sons also work in the shop) can beat any competitor, based on honesty, quality of work, affordability, and availability.

AAA Semi Truck & Trailer Repair is a fast-growing, family-owned and operated full-service diesel repair shop with locations in Tampa, Leesburg, Orlando and Dade City, FL and we are looking for the right experienced SERVICE ADVISOR to add to our family in Dade City.

The right candidate will have knowledge of and experience working with BIG trucks!
