The ideal candidate will be helping test & finalize our Service Area Manager Program where investors are buying a license from Momentum 360 to build their own business while working with Momentum 360 as an indepedent operator. The main goal is to develop the your understanding of this business growth plan in the real world so they can replecate it with us!

Momentum 360 was founded by Philadelphia-based entrepreneurs who were tired of false advertising and lackluster property marketing. There is nothing more frustrating than setting your expectations high, only to be let down by low-quality content. Virtual tours should be high-quality and cost-effective for all clients. Our photography and property marketing surpass our competition and have been proven with various case studies! Partners Sean and Mac are business owners and entrepreneurs at heart. We do whatever it takes to help produce something incredible for each and every client. On more than one occasion we have bent over backward and lost money just to do the right thing to go above and beyond. We focus on taking pride in what we do and doing what we love. Hours & Compensation

Time Committment

  • 10-15 Hours/week
  • Full Remote unless SAM wants to work at Center City office in Philadelphia

Compensation

  • 20% outbound commission, 10% inbound commission
  • Stipend included depending on experience

Skills & Attitude

  • The ideal candidate has had successful sales & entreprenurial ventures prior to applying to Momentum 360
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter and proactive problem solver
  • The ideal candidate knows how to: sell, handle objections, and problem solve to find a win-win solution

On a weekly basis, an SAM will be required to:

  • Learn the entire cirriculum of SAM to ensure
  • Provide feedback and a strategic gameplan on each SAM (Service Area Manager) document
  • EX: Handbook, Code of Conduct, NDA, NPA, SAM Agreement, Onboarding Process, Etc
  • Attend Weekly 1-on-1

How will you support SAMs in completing the project?

We'll be providing SAMs with real world experience in business operations and growth. Our mission is to empower SAMs to become entrepreneurs of their own with us, additionally, they'll have the chance to become:

  • Google Premiere Partner
  • Facebook Premiere Partner
  • HubSpot Premiere Partner
  • Learn Skills such as: Search Engine Optimization, Website SEO & Design, Pay Per Click Advertising, Email Marketing, Outbound Sales & Closing, Branding, Networking, Lead Generation

What skills or technologies will help SAMs to complete the project?

We'll be providing technology & software to aid in the SAM's success such as:

  • Fulfillment Softwares = Matterport, Cloudpano, 3D Vista, Teachable
  • Communication Softwares = Slack, Loom, Google Suite
  • Marketing Softwares = Mailshake, ManyChat, SEMRush, UberSuggest
  • Sales Softwares = Apollo.io, 17hats, HubSpot,

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
