Service Concierge Job at C. Harper Auto Group
Job Summary: The Service Concierge's primary responsibility is to pick up customer vehicles, bring them to the corresponding lot for service, and return them to the customers. The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, great customer service skills, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license. This role involves driving for most of the workday. Applicants should be comfortable driving all different makes, models, and sizes of vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Transporting vehicles in a safe and timely manner to/from customer residents and dealership
- Preparing and cleaning vehicles as necessary for delivery to customer
- Shuttling customers and delivering vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
- Greeting customers as they arrive and provide them with one of our Service Advisors
- Moving vehicles throughout the dealership
- Provide an unmatched level of client service
- Install interior protection (floor and seat film)
- Place alignment inspection form in the vehicle
- Keep Service Lane clear and moving at all times, communicating with service staff
- Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others
- Support technicians by helping bring vehicles to bay and park after service
- Run vehicles through automatic wash
- All other support duties as assigned
