Salary Range

Dependent upon qualifications

$49,136.90 - $68,791.66

Position Summary

This position is primarily responsible for staff support of issues that are sent to IT via the issue ticket system including escalations. Being a team member to assist working on network uptime, maintenance, upgrades and oversight, including virtualization components, hardware, and storage. Additionally, this position supports and enhances the overall IT services across multiple sites and specializations including hardware maintenance and upgrades, network related issues, application support, enforcing IT policies, and maintaining the highest possible level of customer service and security.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in computer science
  • Strong customer service skills
  • One or more years of hands-on experience troubleshooting computers or servers

OR

  • Experience working in a helpdesk or technology support department, with a proven track record of success may be considered in place of a degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in A+, Network+, or related fields
  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
  • Experience working with Microsoft Server software, including Active Directory
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with a ticketing system
  • Experience with remote user support
  • Experience working in a healthcare related field or knowledge of industry HIPAA practices.
