  • Answer Information Systems main phone line and acknowledge user requests to help desk.
  • Enters user support request information into Help Desk trouble ticketing system. Evaluates and prioritizes Help Desk requests and either resolves the issue or issues a trouble ticket to the appropriate support staff. Issues trouble tickets for the Hardware, Application, and Database development teams.
  • Identifies and escalates recurring problems and potential problem to the appropriate support personnel.
  • Help troubleshoot software calls from the various users as necessary.
  • Provides Quality Assurance for resolved issues by contacting and following up with customers on a regular basis.
  • Maintains consistency in processes for Customer Support. Maintains support documentation for accuracy and relevance.
  • Perform scheduling of all meeting rooms per user requests. This may involve the actual inputting of data into a computerized database.
  • Perform Q&A to determine users Audio/Video, Food Service and all other needs as it relates to the meeting room scheduling
  • Provide instructions to all users needed to insure accurate usage of all audio/video equipment.

Education
