HiFyve has a client in Springfield, MO that is hiring for a Service Manager (very similar to a Project Manager). Must come from the Food Processing Equipment Industry or the Poultry Industry.

• The company is an OEM.
• $110K-$125K + Bonus
• Travel is equivalent to 1 week out of each month.

The Service Manager has a team of service technicians that travel to install the equipment in other companies' plants. As the Service Manager, you are NOT doing the installations, you are overseeing the projects to ensure everything goes smoothly. You will travel mostly in the United States (sometimes driving, sometimes flying) and occasionally outside of the United States. There is overnight travel required.

Must Have's:

• Prior Service Manager experience in the Food Processing Equipment Industry OR Maintenance Management / Director Experience at a Poultry Processing Plant.
• Prior experience Quoting service agreements with clients
• Prior experience creating a Budget
• High Drive
• Be extremely detail-oriented
• Experience initiating and completing projects
• Experience growing a small team into a larger team
• Mechanical mindset or background
• Outgoing personality is a must

Other things:

• You will be selling service contracts/agreements, quoting prospective clients & ensuring the invoicing process takes place accurately
• The weeks in which you won't travel, you will work on-site in the Springfield plant
• You will be fielding many client calls, juggling multiple projects at once
