Key Result Areas:

• Achieve departmental production goals
• Submit service warranty claims timely to receive maximum credit
• Write and review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to billing
• Ensure safety policies and practices are followed
• Submit sales and labor reports each day to Service Manager
• Develop schedule for driver deliveries, and organize shop flow and work schedules
• Grow customer base through strong communication and great customer service

Experience, Education, Skills & Knowledge:

• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, etc.
• Organize and prioritize projects
• Demonstrate good time management skills
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and machinery
• Represent company with honesty and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
• Saturday 8am-2pm, as scheduled; Rotation during off season

Benefits:

• Base pay $50-55,000 plus commission; Annual pay including commission: $60-70,000
