Responsibilities

  • Supporting ServiceNow IRM workflows development and management
  • Supporting the discovery, requirements gathering, and the build out of core ServiceNow functionality.
  • Coding and configuring integrations between ServiceNow and data source systems
  • Creating and updating documentation for ServiceNow code and configurations
  • Supporting testing, configuration, change, and release management
  • Maintaining responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Collaborating with fellow developers and business analysts in an Agile development environment
  • Understanding of backend configuration of ServiceNow
  • Implementing service requests and business processes in ServiceNow

Required Skills

Qualifications:*

  • Experience with developing/writing advanced custom ServiceNow script includes, user interface actions, user interface policies, access control lists, client scripts, scheduled jobs, data tables and data fields in the last three (3) years is preferred
  • Experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/GRC implementation experience is preferred. ServiceNow Certified Risk & Compliance implementation specialist is preferred
  • Experience configuring and customizing the ITSM suite, IT Operations Management suite, and NOW Platform Capabilities
  • Experience with technical components such as LDAP, Web Services, REST, SOAP, APIs, XML, JavaScript
  • Experience with ITILv3 Service Management processes
  • Administrator/Developer experience
  • GRC ServiceNow Certified Developer is preferred
  • Experience as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in addition to Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related discipline, or 5 years or related experience and or training
