Sewing Textile Machine Operator Job at US Bedding
Bedding US has been established in Florida in 2020 in line with the growth strategies in the United States. We are the exclusive brand representative and mattress manufacturing entity in the USA. Bedding US will be solely fabricating Bellona Mattresses to be sold and distributed along with other residential and commercial furniture products, specially produced by Bellona Brand for the North American market. Bedding US is also the exclusive and licensed representative of some of EA Holding Group Companies; DOQU Home Textile, Boycelik Steel manufacturing, and Form Sunger for North America and USA. Bedding US also aims to produce mattresses under its own registered trademark brand for different vertical sectors. A machine park was purchased in Florida to produce 1,000 mattresses per day .
QUALIFICATIONS
o Minimum 5 years of experience with industrial/robotic machines
o Preferably experience in mattress or similar production areas
o Eligible to work within the US, able to communicate in English
o High customer focus
o Familiar with a team working, adaptive to flexible work hours
JOB SUMMARY
o Using all necessary tools and equipment to realize an effective edging process in accordance with the production plans
o Good technical knowledge about the machines used, able to charge party and solve technical problems
o Complete the daily maintenance issues of the machine, change the parts (if necessary), help to feed the machine
REQUIREMENTS
o Ability to lift 50 pounds
o Continuous walking and standing
o Ability to read and interpret documents, including but not limited to safety rules, procedures manual, and policy manual
