As a Shift Coordinator you will train employees and temps in their positions, assign tasks, and provide direction to multiple departments on the shift.
Starting Pay: $24.00/hour, plus $1/hour for 2nd shift differential
Base Hours: Monday – Friday, Evenings 3pm-11pm, overtime as needed
Location: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton WI 54915
$1000 sign on bonus. $500/1st full pay period, $200/6 months, $300/year

As our Shift Coordinator, you will:
- Work within multiple departments to lead, coach, mentor, motivate, and inspire employees to achieve an optimum level of performance by consistently demonstrating role model behavior in all that is said and done.
- Work alongside supervisor to plan and direct department activities and establish priorities while maintaining safe, effective and efficient operations and cost factors, along with ensuring inventory accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in leadership of all departments including fulfillment, shipping, receiving, assembly, order planning, and inventory.
- Assigning tasks to employees and redirecting as needed.
- Training technical processes to employees.
- Ensure quality control of processes in all departments.
- Makes decisions that are best for the facility in a whole.
- Look for continuous improvement processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
- Promote and follow safety standards procedures. Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to safety rules and regulations. Work with employees to develop a safety culture with zero incident/accidents.
- Attend/participate in regular production and planning meetings.
- Assist with interviews; select and maintain qualified personnel in all positions.
- Communicates effectively, efficiently and appropriately with all employees and contract workers. Maintains necessary level of communications between shifts.
- Resolves and assists employees in solving work problems. Provide prompt follow-up to employee questions and concerns.
- Drive forklift as needed
- Full responsibility of shift when supervisor is out.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive outlook shared with others
- Outgoing and welcoming personality
- Prior training or lead experience preferred
- Read, understand, and carry out instructions in English
- Above average computer skills – Excel, Google Docs, Warehouse Management Systems
- Proficient math skills
- Self-motivated to ensure production goals are met by staff
- Multi-task with multiple departments that have high demand for attention
- Ability to work independently at a fast pace within a team environment
- High attention to detail and focus on quality
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. safely, drive equipment, and walking and/or stand for extended periods of time possibly entire shift
- Job requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
