Warehouse Team Lead
Job Type: Full-time
Location: 5550 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268
Rate of Pay: $21.50
Job Summary:
The Team Leader position will lead a group of employees by providing goals and
deadlines that need to be met each day. Training employees and ensuring reports are
completed on time.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicating goals and deadlines to team members
- Planning workloads and delegating tasks
- Creating a productive work environment for team members
- Assisting with hiring and training employees
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Log Pro Preferred
- Intermediate use of Excel, Word
- Demonstrate leadership abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Customer oriented; both external and internal
