This job opening is for our Hospitality Expert role.


Hospitality Expert is our name for full-time shift managers that lead shifts with specific development pathways varying from Catering Experts to Social Media & PR Managers.

Hospitality Experts are full-time employees responsible for leading shifts in and out of the shop, exemplifying world class customer service, performing limited executive functions while also focused on their personal and professional developmental growth. Hospitality Assistants are leaders in their business and are accountable for coaching and leading while being experts in daily business service operations and functions.

Hospitality Experts will report directly into a Business Operations Manager, General Manager or Operator Apprentice and their training will be specialized around daily in-store and out-of-store operational functions with an additional focus on leading, management and accountability.

Accountabilities of Hospitality Expert:

  • Full-time presence with open availability

  • Lives, breathes and displays the 30 Primo Fundamentals

  • Energetic and positive communication master that is a culture builder

  • Maintains a solution orientation culture rather than a problem orientation culture

  • Has an ownership mentality as it pertains to your people,your customers, and your results

  • Able to provide appropriate coaching in the moment and set clear expectations for the team

  • Supports training and coaching all customer service advocates and team leaders

  • Exhibits passion for customer service through your actions as an exemplary role model

  • Drives Operational Excellence through shoulder to shoulder engagement with your team

  • Genuinely engaged with and involved within and around your local community
