Cold Stone Creamery is a franchise ice cream store. Our Webster NY store is cobranded with a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, also a franchise, essentially two stores in one. With Cold Stone and Rocky Mountain combined, the store offers premium ice cream creations, cakes, sandwiches and cupcakes, as well as premier chocolates, caramel apples, dipped strawberries, and many other deserts and treats.
Shift Leader responsibilities are varied and include customer service, food production, general cleaning, and several others. Ability to do simple cake writing and decorating is a big plus!
