Shipping Logistics Associate Job at IPPC, Inc
IPPC, Inc is looking for a full time Shipping Logistics Associate to join our team! The candidate must have excellent communication skills and interact with and work well with others in our fast paced Pharmacy.
Job Duties:
- Scans medications received from Pharmacist into appropriate bins or bags.
- Sets up manifest for delivery for bins or bags.
- Ensure the delivery manifest has correct facility, floor, building, wings, etc.
- Properly uses and maintains delivery equipment, including handheld scanner
- Work with pharmacy staff to ensure that deliveries leave the pharmacy at the appropriate time and delivered to the designated location.
- Keeps accurate records of deliveries and ensure all documentation is submitted on time.
- Ensure patient confidentiality.
- Resolve inbound phone calls from drivers.
- Understands how weather/traffic impacts travel time.
- May have to lift heavy products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Ability to work holidays or be in a holiday rotation.
Ability to use computers and tablets.
Prior delivery/shipping experiences a plus.
Requires frequent standing, and walking.
