To load finished goods, stock transfer orders, and transfers to Church & Dwight customers and outside Distribution Centers. To unload raw materials for Old Fort packaging lines. To move finished product from production lines to Warehouse.
This is at the Old Fort, OH facility. We are currently looking to fill positions on the following Shifts:
WE Mids #980: Saturday & Sunday 7:30pm–7:30am and Tuesday & Friday 3:30pm–11:30pm
#995: Friday & Saturday 7:30pm-7:30am and Sunday & Thursday 7:30pm-3:30am
WE Mids #996: Friday & Saturday 7:30pm-7:30am and Sunday 7:30pm-3:30am and Wednesday 11:30pm-7:30am
WE Mids #1003: Sunday 7:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Saturday 7:30pm-7:30am and Monday, Tuesday & Friday 11:30pm-7:30am
Starting base hourly rate is $27.17 plus shift premiums.
Essential Functions
- Operates a fork truck equipped with and without push/pull unit proficiently.
- Handles product in a manner such that there will be no visible damage to any
- Individual package or loss of unit integrity.
- Loads trailers, boxcars, and containers accurately and to specification.
- Maintains necessary paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operates the yard tractor while spotting trailers as needed for the Shipping
- Department.
- Performs daily preventive maintenance inspections on Pack Line stretch wrapper,
- Shipping forklifts and yard tractor.
- Load stretch wrap onto the Pack Line stretch wrappers to insure quality standards
- of unitization and wrapping are met. Report issues to shift Packaging Mechanics.
- Unloads incoming finished goods, including chemicals and raw materials and accurately reports on goods received
- Stocks and sets up materials for the packaging line.
- Maintains a clean dept by sweeping and dumping trash at the end of each Shift.
- Proficient in WMS to load or unload trucks in a timely manner, and to perform other
- tasks related to maintaining warehouse efficiency
- Work any shift during the week as well as weekends
- Operate forklift in a safe and timely manner.
- Follow all facility rules to maintain quality and integrity of both raw materials and finished products
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Use safe operating procedures and judgment

- Lift 50 pounds consistently
- Familiar with the plant food safety program and basic HACCP principles
Education and Experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED is required
