Shop Assistant Job at Vulcan Industrial
#1 Task of this position will be to support the assembly process. These tasks will include but are not limited to; washing and preparing parts for assembly, assist Assemblers in the assembly process, assist with pulling parts from warehouse for kits used in assembly, assisting in putting parts in assigned locations in the warehouse, and assisting in shipping and receiving.
Required skills
- You will be required to drive a forklift (On the Job Training)
- General Mechanical knowledge and Hand Tool Use
- Organization/Inventory Discipline, it will be your responsibility to keep inventory in correct locations.
- Work Ethic/Team attitude, the team succeeds and fails as a unit we all must work together and have a can do attitude.
- Clean Driving Record, you will be required to drive the shop truck as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
